Chile’s advanced decentralization and integrated climate governance provided a valuable model for delegates from Liberia, Ghana, and the Gambia, who saw firsthand how coordinated climate action, supported by the PUCV Climate Action Center, enabled Chile’s regions to rapidly plan, implement, and scale climate initiatives.

Virtual GHG Management Study Programme
This pilot provides 10 scholarships for Diplomas in GHG Accounting, Carbon Management, or IPCC Guidelines—internationally recognized, best-in-class programmes designed for both beginners and experienced professionals. The initiative strengthens domestic technical capacity by enhancing skills in GHG estimation and reporting, accounting, impact assessment, and systematic mitigation analysis.
