The MRV for Climate Action Programme in Ghana, the Gambia, Togo and Liberia is a 4-year Programme funded by Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) and implemented by NovaSphere. The Programme supports partner countries’ national development priorities and capacities to plan, finance and achieve GHG emission reductions and implement low-carbon solutions for local development challenges.

National Climate MRV Communities of Practice connect people, institutions and sectors to accelerate the flow of and access to information; diffuse knowledge across key actors; raise awareness on current national Climate MRV systems, procedures and initiatives; strengthen institutional arrangements; and generate collaboration on key MRV capacity improvements.
